The business has recently undertaken substantial investment in new machinery, and a group-wide ERP implementation making this the perfect time to join and make your mark.
As Financial Controller, you will report directly to the senior leadership team and oversee all aspects of group financial management.
You will be responsible for ensuring robust reporting, managing and developing the finance team, and partnering with operations and commercial leaders to drive profitability and performance.
Whats On Offer? £65,000 £75,000 salary 10% bonus Company pension Free on-site parking 34 days leave Key Responsibilities: Prepare monthly management accounts across all companies and divisions Deliver weekly/monthly reports using Power Pivot and Power BI Manage and mentor a finance team of four Lead costing and margin improvement projects Partner with Operations and Sales on commercial decisions Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis Manage working capital, including debtors and inventory valuation Handle month-end and year-end processes with auditors Support ERP rollout and integration (Microsoft Business Central) About You ACA / ACCA / CIMA qualified (or equivalent) 5+ years experience in a senior finance role Strong commercial acumen with a hands-on approach Proven leadership skills with a passion for developing people and processes Advanced Excel skills Experience with ERP implementation and Power BI is desirable Excellent communication skills and the ability to influence across functions Apply below today or get in touch with Marc Norton at Artemis Human Capital for full details.
