About the Role

This Store Manager position is based in one of our concessions at Brown Thomas Dundrum. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the store, leading and coaching a team of 5, and ensuring in-store animation aligns with visual merchandising guidelines.

  • Manage the commercial and operational aspects of the store, including sales, inventory, and employee management.
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer experience and drive sales growth.
  • Lead and coach a high-performing team, providing training and development opportunities to ensure their success.
