Job Summary

This role involves working closely with our contact centre team to manage customer inquiries, stock orders, marketing initiatives, and appointment scheduling. The position is based in our head office near Naas, Co. Kildare.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Fostering strong relationships with customers to ensure exceptional satisfaction.
  • Coordinating inbound calls from customers, arranging appointments with audiologists.
