Job Description

We are looking for a talented Procurement and Stock Planner to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing our inventory levels, coordinating purchases, and resolving any supply chain disruptions.

Responsibilities:

  1. Evaluate and manage suppliers and vendors to ensure compliance with company standards.
  2. Maintain pricing agreements with suppliers.
  3. Monitor inventory levels and coordinate purchases to maintain optimal stock levels.
  4. Process purchase orders, track deliveries, and resolve any supply chain disruptions.
  5. Work closely with internal/Sales department to understand purchasing needs and align procurement processes accordingly.
  6. Identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements within the supply chain.

Requirements:

  • Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proven experience as Stock Controller/Planner or in similar role.
  • Knowledge of procurement best practices, contract management, and inventory control.
  • Proficiency in SAGE, Excel, and Word.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Strong communication and organizational abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Familiarity with industry-specific products and materials is an advantage.
