Bakewell Team Lead Position

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to fill the role of Bakewell Team Lead.

As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing daily activities, ensuring compliance with company standards in all areas, including food preparation, cooking, cleanliness, and customer service.

The ideal candidate will have prior experience in a similar position, strong communication skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.

You will lead and manage a team of colleagues, focusing on recruitment, training, scheduling, and performance management. Additionally, you will maintain high standards of food hygiene and restaurant cleanliness, ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and sanitation standards, and drive sales forward while achieving targets.
