Process Innovation Director

We are seeking an experienced leader to drive our process innovation strategy. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in biotechnology or food science and at least 10 years of experience in optimizing enzymatic protein hydrolysates processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and optimize processes for enzymatic protein hydrolysates production
  • Lead cross-functional collaboration between R&D, Manufacturing, Quality, and Operations teams
  • Drive innovation in functional food ingredients
  • Support new ingredient development and commercial readiness

Requirements:

  • PhD in Biotechnology, Food Science, or a related field
  • Background working in food ingredients research
  • 10+ years of experience in process optimization and functional ingredient development
  • Proven track record in protein hydrolysates and peptide commercialization
  • Strong problem-solving and leadership skills

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for driving process innovation across our organization. This includes developing and implementing new processes for enzymatic protein hydrolysates production, leading cross-functional collaboration between R&D, Manufacturing, Quality, and Operations teams, and driving innovation in functional food ingredients.
