Responsibilities
The primary responsibilities of this position include:
- Supporting residents with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and meal preparation
- Assisting residents with mobility and transferring them safely using appropriate equipment
- Providing emotional support and companionship to residents, promoting their physical and mental well-being
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you must possess the following qualifications and skills:
- Evidence of an understanding of and respect for the needs of older people or those with learning and physical disabilities
- Awareness of Health and Safety practices within a working environment
- Proficiency in understanding, communicating, and writing in English to the required level
