Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Process Improvement Specialist with a passion for optimizing workflows, experienced with regulatory processes or policies to enhance our team's performance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Leading process improvement initiatives by analyzing existing workflows and identifying areas for optimization.
  • Gathering, documenting, and validating business requirements, ensuring alignment with goals.
  • Working across business units to gather and maintain a comprehensive set of program information to drive efficiency across the organization.
  • Conducting gap analysis and root cause investigations to address inefficiencies and improve performance.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to design and implement process enhancements, automation, and best practices.
  • Utilizing data analysis and performance metrics to track improvements and measure success.
  • Facilitating workshops, stakeholder interviews, and process mapping exercises.
  • Supporting change management efforts, ensuring smooth adoption of new processes and tools.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in process improvement methodologies (e.g. Lean Six Sigma).
  • Proficiency in process mapping tools such as Visio, Aris, BPMN.
  • Experience with data analysis tools and reporting platforms (e.g. Excel, Power BI).
  • Strong knowledge of process automation and workflow optimization.
  • Certification for process excellence in Lean Six Sigma, Business Analysis (CBAP, CCBA) or Project Management (PMP Prince 2) is a plus.
  • Certifications in IT Service Management including and not limited to: ITIL Foundation, CISM etc are a plus.
