Main Role Purpose

In this role, you will be part of our Business Excellence team. The position is responsible for implementing business excellence principles and practices across the site through internal and external collaborations, delivering high-impact sustainable business results.

Main Responsibilities
  1. You possess well-developed skills in implementing and maintaining processes.
  2. You calculate and organize data for complex process flow sheets, including instrumentation and control considerations.
  3. You model processes and unit operations.
  4. You ensure proper sequence of operation and prepare specifications and operating instructions for equipment.
  5. You conduct tests and measurements throughout production to determine control over variables such as temperature, density, pressure and viscosity.
  6. You service, troubleshoot and solve engineering problems with processes or equipment already in operation.
  7. You ensure processes and procedures are in compliance with regulations.
  8. You may be responsible for corrective and preventive actions and investigation management.
Qualifications and Experience
  • A degree in engineering, science, operations management or a related field with a minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar role/environment.
  • You champion engaged high-performing teams through leadership principles, where respectful challenge is embraced in pursuit of collaborative outcomes.
  • You have demonstrated a track record of successfully leading and managing business excellence initiatives.
  • You possess exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
