We are seeking an exceptional and highly experienced expert to join our high-performance tax team at a leading professional services firm, delivering outstanding client advice and outcomes.

As a key member of the team, you will have the opportunity to lead a group of advisors working on diverse, high-impact tax projects.

About the Role

You will be a trusted advisor and key leader to our advisory teams and clients, helping them achieve their goals.

Many of our clients have been with us for generations, and we have helped those families build and retain wealth, transition assets, and optimize opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Contributing to key decision-making at the partner level, including investment, recruitment, and operational strategy.
  • Leading and mentoring a high-performing tax team, promoting a culture of technical excellence, collaboration, and continuous learning.
  • Organizing and planning to assist clients with asset transfers, acquisitions, succession planning, and business strategies.
  • Providing comprehensive client management and support across our client base.
  • Contributing to business development efforts by writing publications for release and engaging in networking activities.

As a key member of our expert team, you will contribute to the growth and development of the Practice.
