We are seeking an experienced and talented Tax Partner-Agri to join our Tax Team and work closely with our Partners and specialist teams.

Our Tax Team are client facing experts providing tax advisory to entrepreneurs building some of Ireland's best businesses.

Our Tax Partner Agri will be a trusted advisor and a key leader to our advisory teams and clients in achieving their ambitions.
Key Responsibilities: Our new Tax Partner Agri will play a pivotal role in supporting our tax advisory teams and clients, offering leadership and guidance across.
Their responsibilities will include: Involvement in key decision-making at the partner level, including investment, recruitment, and operational strategy.
Lead and mentor a high-performing tax team, promoting a culture of technical excellence, collaboration, and continuous learning.
Organising and planning to assist clients with asset transfers, acquisitions, succession planning, and business strategies.
Providing comprehensive client management and support across our client base.
Contributing to business development efforts by writing publications for release and engaging in networking activities.
Our new Tax Partner Agri will be a key member of our expert team and contribute to the growth and development of the Practice.
You will be: A qualified CPA/ACCA/ACA/CTA tax accountant with a minimum of 10 years of experience (PQE) in Public Practice and have: A passion for helping business owners solve problems and maximize opportunities.
Client facing experience with a focus on the Agri sector.
Excellent communication and time management skills.
Strong analytical skills and technical knowledge.
Strong tax technical knowledge across multiple tax heads.
An interest in financial modelling, business planning, and development.
Commercial awareness and a commitment to exceptional customer service.
A willingness to learn and grow professionally.
Accessible and open to our team members; always willing to listen, learn and support.
Ready to participate in a range of high-impact projects including business development.
