Job Title: Senior Tax Professional We are seeking a seasoned tax professional to join our team as a senior manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and managing a challenging client portfolio, delivering high-quality corporate tax compliance services, and developing and managing teams. Key Responsibilities:- Lead and manage a portfolio of clients including financial and risk management.- Assist with the management and delivery of compliance services to ensure optimal resource scheduling and process efficiency.- Contribute to the strategic agenda for the future of our corporate tax compliance services.- Proactively manage a portfolio of clients including financial and risk management.- Embrace digital evolution in our business to drive process excellence through continuous improvement and leverage latest tools and automation.- Motivate your team to perform at their best and deliver results while providing mentorship and guidance. Requirements:- AITI/CTA qualification or equivalent.- At least 8 years' tax experience.- Strong leadership skills and a proven record in building a team with the capacity and capability to deliver.- Excellent delegation skills and the ability to manage and develop junior members of the team.- Strong organisation and planning capabilities and excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Benefits:- Opportunity to work on exciting projects and interact with meaningful clients.- Chance to develop your career with sustained growth in our tax practice.- Ability to progress, specialise, and travel within the firm.- Dedicated coach to help guide your performance and development. Our Approach:We believe that challenges are better solved together.
