Brand Development Opportunity
About the RoleThis is a Brand Developer Fixed Term Contract role (6 weeks) where you will be responsible for maintaining and generating new distribution and volume by creating and leveraging relationships with regional accounts.
A valid driving licence is required for this position.
Main Responsibilities- Complete predetermined outlet visits per week aligned to client Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- Achieve a minimum quantity of visit New Distribution Points aligned to client KPIs.
- Negotiate and maintain increase distribution of new and existing products aligned to the client KPIs.
- Contribute to other activities that generate return on investment.
- You should have good communication and interpersonal skills, including rapport building, influencing and negotiation.
- Good organisational and planning skills are also essential.
- Analytical skills, able to interpret sales data.
- Self-motivated with a flexible and proactive approach.
- Administration and organisational skills.
- IT literate.
- Previous retail, food service, and/or FMCG sales experience is desirable but not essential.
- Gain valuable experience in brand development and relationship management.
- Develop your skills in sales and account management.
- Work with a dynamic team to achieve business objectives.
