Senior Leadership Opportunity

This position requires a seasoned hospitality professional to oversee daily hotel operations, driving operational excellence and ensuring departmental efficiency and service quality.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage departments to achieve operational targets and deliver exceptional guest experiences
  • Audit and improve cost control, processes, and guest satisfaction
  • Mentor and coach Heads of Department to drive team performance and deliver results
  • Chair or attend management meetings to discuss sales, marketing initiatives, and brand standards
  • Monitor budgets, costs, and stock levels across departments
  • Ensure Health & Safety compliance and maintain brand standards in all aspects of the business
  • Drive revenue growth through sales and marketing efforts
  • Develop and implement training programs for all teams

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in senior hospitality leadership roles (Deputy GM, Operations Manager, etc.)
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills
  • Budget management, cost control, and operational planning expertise
  • Ability to manage diverse teams and lead by example
  • Sound knowledge of HR, Health & Safety, and hotel systems
  • Commercial acumen with a focus on revenue growth and guest satisfaction
  • Flexibility and ability to work in fast-paced environments
