Restaurant Manager Role

We are seeking a skilled Restaurant Manager to join our hospitality team. The ideal candidate will have experience managing day-to-day operations in a high-volume service environment, focusing on delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining high standards of food safety and hygiene.

Main Responsibilities
  • Manage all aspects of restaurant operations, including staff coordination, client satisfaction, and adherence to operational standards.
  • Lead and motivate a team of front-of-house and service staff, fostering a positive work environment.
  • Maintain excellent customer service levels at all times, responding promptly to feedback and concerns.
  • Liaise with culinary teams and clients to coordinate service delivery, ensuring seamless execution.
  • Monitor budgets, costs, and inventory to optimize restaurant efficiency.
  • Handle scheduling, training, and team performance reviews, ensuring alignment with company policies and HACCP standards.
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar supervisory role in a hospitality or catering environment.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills, enabling independent management of day-to-day operations.
  • Excellent customer service ethos and people management abilities, with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
  • Flexibility, reliability, and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
