Job Title: Executive Chef

We are seeking an accomplished and innovative executive chef to join our kitchen team.


Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the culinary direction of our restaurant, ensuring that all dishes are crafted with precision and flair. To achieve this, you will need a strong background in gourmet cuisine, with experience in Michelin-starred restaurants or similar establishments.


Additionally, you must be able to bring new creative ideas and influences to the table, while maintaining a passion for training and development. This role requires a high level of flexibility, dedication, and responsibility, as well as a commitment to seasonal dining.


Qualifications:
  • At least two years of experience in a similar position within the fine dining industry.
  • Strong culinary passion for contemporary and creative dining.
  • Michelin, GM, or AA Rosette experience is highly desirable.
  • Good understanding of raw materials/ingredients and ability to work with them effectively.
  • Ability to identify talent within the organization and provide opportunities for growth and development.
  • Respectful and loyal attitude towards colleagues, supervisors, and coworkers.
