This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced and motivated Chef Manager to lead kitchen operations within a busy and reputable hospitality venue, ensuring exceptional food quality, team leadership, and operational excellence.

You will oversee all kitchen activities, manage the culinary team, and ensure the consistent delivery of high-quality food that exceeds guest expectations.

The role requires strong culinary skills with a good understanding of kitchen operations and food cost management.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Lead, motivate, and develop the kitchen team to deliver excellent food and service standards\
  • Plan menus in collaboration with senior management, focusing on creativity and cost-effectiveness\
  • Oversee stock management, ordering, and food cost control\
  • Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and hygiene regulations\
  • Monitor kitchen equipment and maintenance needs\
  • Work closely with front-of-house teams to deliver seamless guest experiences\
