We are seeking a highly skilled BIM Technician to join our team and contribute to the delivery of high-quality Building Information Modelling services.

Job Description:

The successful candidate will work closely with our team of engineers and technicians to deliver BIM services, utilising their extensive knowledge of Revit MEP, AutoCAD, and other CAD software.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain BIM content in accordance with industry standards
  • Create accurate BIM MEP models for Mechanical and Electrical services
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless BIM project workflow

In addition to technical skills, the ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and problem-solving abilities, enabling them to effectively manage complex projects and meet deadlines.

A minimum of 5 years' experience as a BIM Technician is required, along with a strong background in Electrical or Mechanical engineering and proficiency in COBie and MEP site models. Clash detection software experience and report generation skills are also essential.
