Infrastructure Development Project Lead

  • This is a critical project aimed at supporting ongoing site expansion through effective infrastructure development.
Responsibilities:
  • Ensure that the project meets client requirements for safety, quality and schedule by leading the design development and construction execution of the Civil, Structural, Architectural (CSA) scope.
  • Coordinate with consultants, architects, engineers, contractors and other stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery of the project.
  • Monitor contractor performance to ensure compliance with specifications, standards and local regulations.
  • Oversee review and approval of design submissions, method statements and technical documentation.
  • Align CSA works with overall masterplan and site operations to maximize efficiency.
  • Conduct regular site walks, safety reviews and progress reporting to senior stakeholders to ensure transparency.
  • Support procurement strategies, contract administration and change control processes to maintain project momentum.
  • Implement quality control procedures throughout construction and handover to guarantee customer satisfaction.
Qualifications & Experience:
  • Degree-qualified in Civil, Structural Engineering or Construction Management.
  • Relevant experience in infrastructure project delivery, including at least one full project in a client-side or consultancy role.
  • Proven track record in managing multi-storey structures, car park projects or similar infrastructure.
  • Experience working in regulated environments, preferably within biotech or life sciences sectors.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills are essential for success.
