We are seeking an experienced Personal Lines Insurance professional to join our team in a hybrid role. As a Personal Lines Insurance Executive, you will play a key part in driving the success of our insurance business.

About the Job

This is an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated and organized individual who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and sales results. As a Personal Lines Insurance Executive, you will be responsible for managing renewals, handling amendments and claims support, and identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell across all personal lines products.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage renewals & client retention: Ensure renewals are processed efficiently while meeting targets.
  • Handle amendments & claims support: Process mid-term alterations (MTAs), liaise on claims, and maintain accurate records.
  • Sales & cross-selling: Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell across all personal lines products.
  • Customer support: Respond to client queries with professionalism and accuracy.
  • Work collaboratively: Build strong relationships within the team to drive success.
Requirements:
  • Qualifications: APA required, CIP preferred.
  • Experience: Previous experience in a fast-paced insurance environment.
  • Tech Skills: Knowledge of Relay is a plus.
  • Key Traits: Strong communication, attention to detail, and a problem-solving mindset.
