Senior Personal Lines / Team Leader

About the Role Our client, a leader in the insurance industry, is seeking a dedicated and Personal Lines Insurance Specialist to join their team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with strong experience in Personal Lines, gained either in broking or insurance. If you are passionate about delivering excellent service, possess exceptional people skills, and are APA-qualified, this could be the perfect role for you.

Key Responsibilities

Effectively manage team workloads and maintain a high standard of morale. Conduct regular 1-on-1 meetings with team members, identify training needs, and implement development plans where necessary. Collaboration between departments and other Client Services teams to ensure seamless operations. Lead by example, inspiring teamwork and innovation among your team members. Ensure monthly objectives are met, with timely submission of reports and updates. Helping to shape smarter, more digital ways of working and embracing tools that enhance the customer journey.

What We're Looking For

Proven experience in Personal Lines insurance, either in broking or as an insurer. Hold an APA qualification (essential) Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. A proactive and client-focused approach to problem-solving. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. While team leadership experience is not required, the ability to work effectively with others and demonstrate strong people skills is a must.
