Are you an experienced insurance professional looking for your next opportunity? We're hiring a Personal Lines Insurance Executive for a hybrid role in Galway. If you have a strong background in sales, customer service, and policy management, this could be the perfect fit for you
What You'll Do:
- Manage renewals & client retention: Ensure renewals are processed efficiently while meeting targets.
- Handle amendments & claims support: Process mid-term alterations (MTAs), liaise on claims, and maintain accurate records.
- Sales & cross-selling: Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell across all personal lines products.
- Customer support: Respond to client queries with professionalism and accuracy.
- Work collaboratively: Build strong relationships within the team to drive success.
- Maintain compliance: Ensure all work meets industry regulations and company standards.
What We're Looking For:
- Qualifications: APA required, CIP preferred.
- Experience: Previous experience in a fast-paced insurance environment.
- Tech Skills: Knowledge of Relay is a plus.
- Key Traits: Strong communication, attention to detail, and a problem-solving mindset.
- Work Style: Able to multitask, prioritize, and adapt to change in a dynamic team environment.
