Senior Insurance Team Lead

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Senior Insurance Team Lead to join our team in Galway. This is a unique opportunity for someone with strong leadership skills and experience in Personal Lines insurance to take on a key role in driving the growth and success of our business.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and developing a team of professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure they have the necessary tools and resources to excel in their roles. They will also be responsible for identifying and implementing process improvements, ensuring that our operations are efficient and effective.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and develop a high-performing team of Personal Lines insurance specialists.

    ">

  • Provide coaching, mentoring, and performance management to ensure team members meet their goals and objectives.

    ">

  • Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and effectiveness.

    ">

  • Collaborate with other departments and teams to ensure seamless operations and achieve business objectives.

    ">

  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients and colleagues.

  • Maintain accurate records and reports, and provide regular updates to management.

  • Proven experience in Personal Lines insurance, either in broking or as an insurer.
