Lead a High-Performing Team in Insurance

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced insurance professional to lead our Personal Lines team. As a dynamic and motivated individual, you will be responsible for managing a talented group of Client Service Advisors, ensuring top-notch service delivery.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Client Service Advisors
  • Champion digital transformation initiatives, streamlining customer journeys
  • Oversee team performance, set clear goals, and foster a positive, high-energy workplace
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements and meet business targets
  • Ensure compliance and regulatory requirements are met at all times

Requirements:

  • CIP qualified (preferably)
  • 2+ years of experience in the insurance industry, preferably within a brokerage
  • Strong leadership skills
  • Excellent communication skills and a customer-centric approach
  • A passion for change, innovation, and continuous improvement in a digital-first environment
