Front Office Team Lead Position

The Front Office Manager is responsible for leading and managing the Front Office team to deliver exceptional guest service while driving efficiency, revenue, and team performance. This is a permanent, full-time position based onsite.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage the Front Office team to deliver exceptional guest service.
  • Maintain a welcoming, professional, and efficient front desk environment.
  • Oversee daily operations including check-ins/outs, reservations, and system updates.
  • Monitor arrivals, departures, group bookings, and event schedules to ensure smooth operations.
  • Resolve guest queries and complaints promptly and professionally.
  • Ensure all staff are knowledgeable about facilities, local attractions, and upcoming events.
  • Implement and monitor SOPs, providing training and ongoing coaching to team members.
  • Drive sales by upselling packages and promoting hotel services.

Requirements:

  • 2-3 years proven experience in a Front Office Manager role.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire, train, and motivate a team.
  • Excellent organisational and time management abilities, with a focus on delivering results.
  • Confident in using hotel PMS and online booking platforms.
