Customer Experience Champion

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused professional to join our team as a Care Team Member. As a key member of our care team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences while managing technical complaints across assigned product ranges.

  • Handling inbound customer calls and emails with professionalism, empathy, and efficiency is essential for this role.
  • Monitoring and prioritizing group mailboxes to ensure all inquiries and complaints are addressed promptly.
  • Delivering first-line troubleshooting for customer issues by diagnosing problems and asking targeted questions to reach resolution.
  • Accurately documenting all customer interactions, complaints, and inquiries in line with company procedures.
  • Communicating investigation results to customers via clear, well-structured written reports and phone conversations.
  • Resolving issues within agreed timelines, meeting key performance indicators for both individual and team targets.
  • Identifying and recommending process improvements to enhance team performance and customer satisfaction.
  • Building and maintaining specialist knowledge in assigned product areas and sharing expertise with colleagues.

To succeed in this role, you should possess a minimum of 1 year's experience in any medical/clinical setting or a customer-facing customer support role. You must also have proven ability to deliver outstanding customer experiences while managing technical complaints and fluency in Norwegian is essential.
