Key Responsibilities:
- Lead mentorship, coaching, and development programs to enhance colleague success and manage performance effectively.
- Act promptly on customer feedback to ensure service excellence and foster a positive customer experience.
- Implement strategies to create a great place to work by listening to and acting on colleague input and ideas.
- Ensure store operations are conducted safely and legally at all times.
- Support and coach team leaders and sales advisors to deliver seamless operations and achieve business objectives.
- Drive flawless execution of launches, events, and campaigns to meet business targets.
- Maintain compliance with all processes, policies, and guidelines.
- Oversee the entire colleague lifecycle: hiring, onboarding, scheduling, and development.
- Manage probation reviews, return-to-work processes, and absence meetings to ensure smooth operations.
