We are currently recruiting for a highly skilled Cluster Sales Manager to lead our sales team in several properties.
This is an excellent opportunity for a driven, sales-focused manager to develop and execute innovative sales strategies to maximize revenue and manage relationships with clients and partners.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Developing and executing sales strategies to maximize revenue and drive business growth.
- Building and managing relationships with clients and key operators.
- Creating sales strategies for corporate sales and meeting & events in the property.
- Managing the Sales and Events teams, driving individual development, achieving individual KPIs, team goals and revenue targets.
- Establishing a positive and cohesive team culture.
- Responsible for driving revenue across all segments, achieving revenue targets.
- Identifying new business, securing groups, contracting transient accounts, and developing established key accounts.
Requirements:
- Sales and revenue forecasting experience.
- Clients management skills.
- Corporate sales strategy expertise.
