West Region Sales Growth Strategist
This is an exciting opportunity to shape and implement a successful sales strategy for our retail dealer network in the West Region of Ireland.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive sales growth across the region by identifying and maximising new business opportunities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing dealer and licensee customers to achieve volume and margin targets
- Regularly review sales performance, address variances, and implement corrective actions where required
- Identify and evaluate new dealer and license opportunities within your territory
- Maintain up-to-date market intelligence to stay ahead of trends and competitor activity
- Actively engage with marketing campaigns and initiatives
- Conduct regular site visits to ensure compliance with brand and operational standards
- Collaborate closely with credit control to ensure effective account management
- Work to agreed cost, margin, and efficiency targets, ensuring accurate completion of all necessary documentation
Requirements:
- Proven track record in sales with a strong focus on achieving KPIs
- Key account management experience within retail, FMCG, or related industries
- Exceptional relationship-building, communication, and negotiation skills
- Strong commercial acumen and the ability to deliver strategic sales plans
- Confident in engaging with multiple stakeholders and influencing decision-making
- Comfortable using CRM systems
- Experience in business development, networking, and market growth strategies is highly desirable
- Full clean driving licence and willingness to travel regularly
