We are seeking a senior sales professional to lead our team in several properties.

About the Role:

  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Develop and execute innovative sales strategies to maximize revenue.
    • Manage relationships with clients, key operators, and partners.
    • Create sales strategies for corporate sales and meeting & events in the property.
    • Lead the Sales and Events teams, driving individual development, achieving KPIs, team goals, and revenue targets.
    • Establish a positive and cohesive team culture.
    • Drive revenue across all segments, achieving revenue targets.
    • Identify new business, secure groups, contract transient accounts, and develop established key accounts.
    • Represent the team at tradeshows, industry events, host FAM & press trips, and arrange client hotel events as needed.
  • Requirements:
    • Experience in the Irish hotel market at a senior level.
