Senior Financial Business Partner

Overview

We're looking for a highly skilled financial professional to partner with business leaders and drive financial excellence.

Responsibilities
  • Collaborate closely with senior stakeholders to provide strategic financial insights and support business growth initiatives.
  • Develop and manage financial plans, forecasts, and budgets to ensure accurate financial reporting and informed decision-making.
  • Conduct in-depth financial analysis to identify opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvements, and implement recommendations to drive business outcomes.
  • Prepare and present complex financial reports and recommendations to senior stakeholders, ensuring clear communication of financial insights and strategies.
  • Foster strong relationships with cross-functional teams to promote a culture of financial accountability and strategic thinking.
Qualifications
  • Professional degree in finance, accounting, or a related field; MBA or certifications (CPA, CMA) is a plus.
  • Significant experience in financial business partnering or financial analysis, preferably within the finance or industry sector.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data and develop actionable strategies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to influence and collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in financial modelling and reporting tools, with a strong understanding of business operations and financial principles.
