Your new role
As Finance Business Partner, you'll lead expense planning, analysis, and reporting across countries in the APAC Europe region. You'll act as the central conduit for expense intelligence, working closely with Country Finance Heads and the Head of Business Finance to support strategic targets and deliver insights to senior stakeholders.Though based in Dublin with on-site support, this is a standalone position, best suited to someone comfortable operating independently. You'll be part of a wider regional finance team spread across Germany and Switzerland.
Build strong partnerships with country finance teams to understand strategy and operationsAnalyse and monitor business unit-level expensesDrive quarterly closing, accruals, and reporting in coordination with local Financial ControllersLead budget and forecast cyclesDeliver consolidated performance commentary to senior leadershipCreate intuitive expense dashboards for business leadersManage indirect expense allocations in partnership with specialist teamsTrack and report on the financial impacts of harmonisation and growth initiativesMaintain COUPA/SAP approval matrix and ensure timely invoice processingRefine cost centre structures across regional and central teamsAct as the go-to contact for all expense-related matters in APAC EuropeWhat you'll need to succeed
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related fieldExtensive experience in FP&A, Finance Business Partnering, or Commercial FinanceProven ability to work independently and prioritise in a fast-paced settingStrong project management and analytical skillsConfident communicator with executive presenceAdvanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and planning/reporting tools Professional accounting qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) preferredWhat you'll get in return
