Responsibilities:
  • Develop a Digital Presence: Create engaging content that showcases our iconic brand to a global audience.
  • Implement a Social Media Strategy: Drive brand awareness and engagement across multiple platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, and LinkedIn.
  • Manage the Social Media Team: Guide team members to achieve growth targets and maintain content quality across all channels.
  • Oversee Content Production: Ensure seamless production of content, aligning with broader brand campaigns and product launches.
  • Analyse Performance Metrics: Provide insights to refine content strategy and optimise engagement.
Requirements:
  • Leadership Experience: 5+ years of experience in content creation, social media management, or digital marketing, with a proven track record of leading teams and successful campaigns.
  • Storytelling Skills: Strong experience in leading and producing video content, with exceptional storytelling skills and a cinematic eye.
  • Technical Skills: Hands-on experience with photo/video editing tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, Photoshop, After Effects) or similar platforms.
