The primary role of the Department Head for Grocery Operations is to take accountability for their department's performance.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Deliver sales targets and KPIs for the department.
  • Lead a team in a manner that aligns with the brand's values to achieve business objectives.
  • Analyse sales data and trading patterns to maximise sales and customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor and address variations to the department's cost base on a weekly basis.
  • E nsure the Department complies with layouts and adjacencies.

The ideal candidate will possess strong communication, coaching, and leadership skills. They should be customer-focused, organised, and have a commercial mindset.
