Financial Operations Leader

We are seeking a seasoned finance professional to lead our financial operations and drive efficiency, automation, and transformation of financial systems and processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead Finance Operations: Oversee accounts payable, receivable, payroll, pensions, banking, taxation, general ledger, and systems administration.
  • Ensure Financial Accuracy: Deliver accurate and timely financial processing, reporting, and month/year-end close.
  • Cash Flow Management: Oversee cash flow forecasting and banking relationships.
  • Internal Controls: Strengthen and monitor internal controls to ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Support Audits: Assist with internal and external audits and statutory obligations.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Accounting Qualification: Hold a professional accounting qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, CPA) and a degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.
  • Leadership Experience: Possess 10+ years post-qualification experience, including at least 5 years in a senior finance leadership role.
  • Finance Expertise: Have experience managing shared services and delivering finance transformation initiatives.
  • ERP Systems: Demonstrate strong knowledge of ERP systems (e.g., Sun, Microsoft Dynamics, SAP, Oracle, NetSuite).
  • Change Management: Proven track record in change management, process improvement, and stakeholder engagement.
  • Leadership Skills: Exhibit strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
  • ESG Reporting: ESG reporting experience is desirable.
