We are seeking a skilled hospitality professional to join our team at Mount Wolseley Hotel and Golf Resort.

Job Description:

The successful candidate will assist guests with planning and booking reservations for hotel rooms, resort houses, restaurants, and facilities. They will be responsible for handling phone calls in a friendly, welcoming, and courteous manner, providing exceptional customer service while meeting the needs of our guests.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Record reservation information accurately on our operating system
  • Identify and record group and transient business codes
  • Process deposit information, special billing instructions, and credit approvals
  • Inform other departments of VIP arrivals
  • Contribute to maximum occupancy and average rate by utilizing yield management
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Ongoing customer service attitude and motivation to please the guest
  • Administration experience using IT systems
  • Attention to detail, ability to meet deadlines, and teamwork skills
  • Fluent spoken English with excellent writing skills
  • Excellent computer literacy using Microsoft Office Suite and Opera

The successful candidate will have a strong work ethic, be self-motivated, and possess excellent communication skills.
