Reservations Executive Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and coordinating guest reservations for various services including hotel rooms, resort houses, restaurants, and facilities. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with our team and help drive revenue growth.

  • Process guest inquiries in a friendly and welcoming manner over the phone.
  • Record reservation information accurately on our operating system.
  • Identify and record group and transient business codes, and process deposit information.
  • Approve credit after consultation with management, and record requests for special accommodation and suites.
  • File all reservations in a systematic order for easy referral.
  • Maximise customer satisfaction and revenue by promoting our hotel restaurants and other services and facilities to guests.

About You

We are looking for an individual with excellent customer service skills, administration experience, and IT literacy. The ideal candidate should have attention to detail, ability to meet deadlines, and be a team player while also having the ability to use their own initiative.

  • Fluent English speaker with excellent writing skills.
  • Excellent computer literacy using systems such as Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Previous experience in a similar role would be advantageous.
