Project Manager Position

This exciting role offers a unique opportunity to lead a team of civil and environmental designers in delivering high-quality projects. With a focus on timely, cost-effective, and compliant project delivery, the successful candidate will play a key role in shaping the company's portfolio of infrastructure developments, renewable energy projects, and public realm initiatives.

The ideal candidate will have a degree in Civil and/or Environmental Engineering or a related discipline, with Chartered Engineer status and a minimum of 7 years' post-graduate experience in design and project management. Strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills are essential for this role, as is the ability to collaborate effectively with other team members and manage client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:
- Leading multidisciplinary design teams to deliver projects efficiently and effectively
- Supervising and mentoring staff to ensure their growth and development
- Preparing technical reports and tender documentation to the highest standards
- Planning and managing design activities in collaboration with Project Directors
- Ensuring compliance with quality assurance processes and relevant health and safety regulations

Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Degree in Civil and/or Environmental Engineering or a related discipline
- Chartered Engineer status
- Minimum 7 years' post-graduate experience in design and project management
- Proven track record in managing multidisciplinary design teams
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
