Project Leader

We are seeking a seasoned Project Leader to drive successful project delivery in our Rail Team. This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled professional specialising in civils/rail projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage civil engineering projects with a focus on rail infrastructure development, ensuring quality standards are met and client objectives are aligned.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive project plans that meet industry standards and exceed client expectations.
  • Collaborate with engineers, designers, and contractors to achieve project goals and deliver results-oriented solutions.
  • Monitor project progress, identify and address risks, and implement corrective actions as needed to maintain project momentum.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, providing regular updates and ensuring satisfaction with project outcomes.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Project Manager in civil engineering, specifically in rail projects, with a strong understanding of civil engineering principles and rail infrastructure requirements.
  • Excellent organisational and leadership skills, with the ability to navigate challenges and find innovative solutions.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal abilities, with the capacity to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Relevant project management certifications are highly valued but not essential.
