Job Title: Mechanical Site Supervisor

About the role:

This position involves supervising and coordinating daily mechanical installation, maintenance, and repair activities on construction/industrial sites. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing mechanical works and possess strong knowledge of HVAC, piping, plumbing, and firefighting systems.

The successful applicant will ensure work is executed as per drawings, specifications, safety standards, and project schedule. They will also monitor manpower, materials, and equipment usage to optimize productivity and prepare progress reports.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coordinate daily mechanical installation, maintenance, and repair activities
  • Ensure work is executed as per drawings, specifications, safety standards, and project schedule

  • Conduct inspections and quality checks
  • Prepare progress reports and communicate effectively

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
  • 2+ years' experience in supervising mechanical works
  • Strong knowledge of HVAC, piping, plumbing, and firefighting systems
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and project specifications
