You will plan and execute external client requirements, including scope, scheduling, staffing, documentation, and budget compliance. The successful candidate will have a passion for delivering high-quality results, excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, and a commitment to ensuring the safety and well-being of attendees at events.
You will work closely with our senior management team to develop and implement project plans, manage budgets, and coordinate with other departments/stakeholders to ensure successful delivery of events.
The ideal candidate will have 3+ years experience of leading on delivery of event projects, possess strong stakeholder management and communication skills, and be able to explain project details, answer questions, and provide feedback.
