Business Development Opportunity in Data Center Facilities

As a Business Development Specialist - Data Centers, Mission Critical Facilities, you will play a key role in driving growth and expanding our expertise in data center facilities while ensuring exceptional client satisfaction.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement growth strategies to expand our footprint and profitability in data centers and critical facilities.
  • Identify new business prospects through established networks and contacts within the engineering, architecture, construction, and OEM backgrounds.
  • Engage in sales calls with key players in the data center colocation, enterprise, and hyper-scaler sectors to introduce mission-critical construction services.
  • Create proposals, presentations, and briefings that meet client needs and expectations.
  • Participate in trade shows and conferences to showcase and promote our design/build services.
  • Foster positive connections with current business partners to drive additional opportunities.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • At least 10 years of experience in business development and sales, with a minimum of 3+ years in the data center industry.
  • A bachelor's degree in business, marketing, construction management, or a related subject.
  • An existing network of relationships with enterprise, colocation, and hyperscale clients.
  • Active participation and relationships with local and national data center organizations.
  • Experience in C-level interaction and partnering, with a proven track record of managing and closing profitable deals.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and reporting skills.
