Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing growth strategies to expand our expertise, footprint, and profitability in Data Centers and Critical Facilities.


Key Responsibilities
  • Generate new business and maintain current accounts within the Mission Critical Data Center (Colocation, Build to Suit, Hyperscale) and Enterprise markets.
  • Tap into established networks and contacts within Engineering, Architecture, Construction, or Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) backgrounds to identify new business prospects.
  • Engage in sales calls with key players in data center colocation, enterprise, and hyper-scaler sectors to introduce mission-critical construction services.
  • Create proposals, presentations, and briefings.
  • Participate in trade shows and conferences to showcase and promote our design/build services.
  • Foster positive connections with current business partners to drive additional opportunities.

Requirements
  • 10+ years of experience in Business Development/Sales, with a minimum of 3+ years in the Data Center industry.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Construction Management, or a related subject.
  • Existing network relationships with Enterprise, Colocation, and Hyperscale clients.
  • Active participation and relationships with local/national data center organizations.
  • Experience in C-level interaction/partnering and a proven track record of managing and closing profitable deals.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and reporting skills.
