Finance Risk Analyst\

The role involves developing additional controls to meet business requirements, enhancing the finance control environment, and working with Oracle Fusion functional teams.

  2. Develop and implement controls to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.\
  3. Review and resolve segregation of duty violations on an ongoing basis.\
  4. Investigate and remediate transactional control violations.\
  5. Collaborate with Oracle Fusion functional teams to manage custom roles, access, and controls.\
  6. Maintain and oversee a role-based matrix for Finance applications.\
  7. Work with the Quality Assurance team to manage maintenance, defects, and change requests within Oracle Fusion.\
  8. Assist with ad-hoc Finance projects across various functions and enhancements on the Oracle Fusion application.\
  9. Liaise with Group Risk to ensure proper management, documentation, and resolution of risk incidents and action items.\
  10. Review aging of risk incidents and action items to ensure timely and satisfactory resolution.\
  11. Liaise with internal and external audit in relation to various control audits and queries.\
  12. Facilitate communication within the department by assisting and organizing sessions.\
  13. Coordinate, develop, and roll out training initiatives across Finance teams, liaising with the training department where necessary.\
  14. Ensure accurate and timely resolution of tasks assigned to the role.\
  15. Ad-hoc tasks and requests.\
    Required Skills and Qualifications\
  • \
  • Minimum 3-4 years of experience as a Financial Analyst, Business Analyst, or Accountant.\
  • Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related discipline is required.\
  • Knowledge of Oracle Fusion SaaS application, JIRA, Confluence is desirable but not required.\
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and initiative-driven individual.\
  • Positive attitude and a strive for excellence.\
  • Flexibility and adaptability in approach to work.\
  • Professional judgement and effective oral and written communication.\
  • Self-directed approach to learning new technologies.\
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.\
  • Attention to detail and verifying accuracy of work.\
