As a Principal Analog Design Solutions Architect, you will be responsible for developing new solutions to challenging problems in high-performance IC designs. You will need to enable concurrent engineering by optimized block partitioning (Floorplan, Design Flow, deliverable, timeline).

You will be a leading member of a dynamic and experienced team and your technical knowledge will lead us to the next level in our mission of excellence.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as a go-to person for designers to solve complex problems across the whole automotive microcontroller division and beyond.
  • Play a lead role in the definition and development of mixed signal solutions for the next generation of automotive products.
  • Work with architects and system engineers to define IP and product specifications.
  • Drive the verification requirements definition.
  • Support IP test and characterization into high volume production.
  • Ensure Functional Safety compliance across the whole sub-system.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record in reliable IC designs in CMOS technology.

As an expert in analog design, an important part of your work will be mentoring and coaching junior and experienced engineers on analog design best practices.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor/Masters/PhD Degree in Electrical Engineering or similar field with a focus on electronics.
  • 10+ years industry experience.
  • Proven expertise in the whole Silicon product development including architecture, definition, development and test.
  • Experience in FinFET schematic designs and interaction with FinFET Layout.
  • Knowledge of Signal Integrity solutions for high speed.
  • Knowledge of requirement-driven development flows and requirement definition.
  • Understanding of system specifications and translating into requirements at IP level.
  • Familiarity with analog front end and data recovery architectures for high speed PHYs.
  • Experience with clock generation circuits such as oscillators, PLL as well as knowledge of various other analog circuits particularly using FinFET geometries.
  • An understanding of IP development, chip integration, timing analysis, testability, and mixed signal verification.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Fluency in English is mandatory.
