Quality Nursing Manager

This pivotal role is centered around ensuring high standards of person-centered care, regulatory compliance, and continuous improvement. We are seeking an individual to lead quality assurance systems and audits across all homes.

  • The successful candidate will be responsible for mentoring and supporting Persons in Charge (PICs) in clinical governance.
  • They will develop and implement policies aligned with national standards, ensuring the organization remains compliant and up-to-date.
  • Oversight of safeguarding frameworks and risk management is also a key aspect of this role.
  • The ideal candidate will have excellent training and development skills, able to promote a culture of learning and innovation.
  • Strategic insights and reporting to senior leadership are essential in this position.
