About the Role:
">We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to join our team as an Assistant Store Manager. As a key member of our store management team, you will be responsible for overseeing daily store operations, mentoring and guiding colleagues, and assuming full responsibility for store operations in the absence of the Store Manager.
">Key Responsibilities:
">- Assist the Store Manager in overseeing all daily activities, including merchandising, customer service, and human resources
">- Mentor and guide store employees, providing direction and support as needed
">- Assume full responsibility for store operations in the absence of the Store Manager
">Requirements:
">- Prior experience at Supervisor/Assistant Manager level
">- Leadership and team education skills
">- Strong communication and organizational abilities
">- Flexibility to work a dynamic schedule
">- Exceptional interpersonal, decision-making, and problem-solving skills
