Lead Java Developer
We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Java Developer to provide technical expertise and thought leadership in the development of complex applications. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Java, backend database technologies, and experience in designing and developing robust solutions using Java frameworks and testing tools.

">About the Role

The successful candidate will demonstrate sound knowledge of industry best practices, good organizational and leadership skills, and proficiency in Java technologies. As a Lead Java Developer, you will be responsible for providing architectural direction, technical expertise, and thought leadership to design, implement, and manage the product delivery.

You will lead a team of developers, providing guidance, mentorship, and feedback to ensure successful project delivery. Additionally, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize requirements, develop technical designs, and estimate effort.

You will participate in Scrum Sprints, leading daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives. You will also develop and implement CI/CD pipelines for application deployment and manage infrastructure requirements for scalability.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical expertise and thought leadership to design, implement, and manage the product delivery.
  • Develop and maintain high-quality code, adhering to coding standards and best practices.
  • Lead a team of developers, providing guidance, mentorship, and feedback to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize requirements, develop technical designs, and estimate effort.
  • Participate in Scrum Sprints, leading daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
  • Develop and implement CI/CD pipelines for application deployment and manage infrastructure requirements for scalability.
Requirements
  • 8+ years of experience in Java development, with a focus on backend database technologies.
  • Proven experience in designing and developing robust solutions using Java frameworks and testing tools.
  • Strong understanding of software engineering principles, including design patterns, architecture, and testing.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to analyze complex problems and develop effective solutions.
