Technical Transformation Specialist

This role involves leading technical projects that help us achieve business goals by managing, implementing, and executing changes to our operations, products, and services.

• You will work closely with customers, product development teams, production teams, and market owners to identify problems in the field, develop project plans, and implement solutions that meet our objectives.
• As a solutions-oriented individual, you will have experience in delivering successful projects and working collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

1. Oversee the evaluation, troubleshooting, and implementation of new products and packaging, working with market development teams and production facilities.
2. Collaborate with technical teams to execute new technologies, processes, and innovative solutions for our products and services, providing operational support in the implementation of promotional activities and line extensions.
3. Evaluate current production capacities, sales trends, and capabilities; ensure timely infrastructure availability and plan execution, working with production teams to sustain business growth regarding manufacturing and logistics.
4. Ensure raw materials and packaging supply to support sales growth, guaranteeing continuity across the end-to-end supply chain and driving system alignment to deliver results.
5. Develop and lead productivity initiatives across the organization (production facilities, suppliers, FU), identifying opportunities to reduce supply chain costs and influence the implementation of best practices to improve product affordability.
6. Participate in developing business plan objectives and collaborate to ensure timely execution of supporting technical activities.
7. Sustain product and packaging quality, minimizing risk to the company and brand, ensuring compliance of technical policies in our production system, and influencing the production facility to make necessary investments and enhance human capabilities of their personnel in operations.
8. Review prototypes and define improvements to ensure brand fit and align with production partners on implementation, establishing required investments where necessary.
9. Coordinate and lead technical projects requiring cross-system and cross-functional collaboration to deliver innovations in products, packaging, and promotions.
10. Lead the review of new product market performance and implement plans to address technical product issues and deliver business requirements.

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical, Mechanical, or Food Engineering or related field is mandatory.
• At least 5 years of experience in a fast-moving consumer goods company and the ability to leverage technical knowledge to provide competitive advantage.
• Ability to analyze problems, prioritize, and propose resolutions.
• Ability to work independently, raise issues, and take corrective action.
• Detailed-oriented, analytical, and creative thinker with passion for quality processes.
• Fluency in software QA metrics, operations, and statistics.
• Strong interpersonal communication skills.
• Must have experience from concept to launch using a defined NPD or change management process.
• Ability to demonstrate strong project management experience with the ability to define and lead projects and direct/motivate project teams.
• Demonstrated track record of identifying and implementing technologies for consumer-packaged goods companies to solve challenging business needs.
• Ability to refine solutions and manage internal and external partners' expectations against technical and business success criteria with limited available resources.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite of programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
