Key Responsibilities
  • Develop, review, and execute qualification/validation documentation and cycle development studies according to standard approval processes.
  • Create and review execution/development of change controls.
  • Collaborate in troubleshooting technical issues during study execution.
  • Engage with Production, Maintenance, and Quality representatives in assigned areas for Cycle Development & Performance Qualification activities.
  • Provide technical input into quality notifications through investigations.
  • Execute production floor activities and plan validation tasks as required.
  • Support root cause analysis using standard tools and methods to resolve machine and system issues.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement through Lean Six Sigma methodologies.
  • Represent validation in cross-functional projects and drive compliance with Global Policies, Procedures, and Guidelines, regulatory requirements, and Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP).
  • Evaluate GMP and compliance considerations in day-to-day activities and job functions.
  • Support regulatory audits and submissions as needed.
  • Maintain a safe and compliant work environment.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
